OUR POLICIES
TUITION

Your tuition for the first month will be pro-rated to ensure a smooth and fair transition into our billing cycle.

Tuition will be billed and due on a monthly basis.

Tuition will be posted to your account on the 25th of each month. This means you will see a pending charge in your portal account (not your bank account).

Tuition will be due on the 1st of each month, and your card on file will be billed accordingly.

Tuition will be considered late if the card is declined and the balance remains unpaid by the 6th of each month.

Our tuition rate is based on the number of dance classes you are enrolled in per week.

Unenrollment from a class requires a 30-day written notice sent to nataliasmusedancestudio@gmail.com - this ensures that your tuition rate can be appropriately adjusted before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide written notice may result in the continuation of any required payments on your account.
PAYMENTS

For your convenience, we use a portal-based accounting system for monthly enrollment. This system allows students and parents to log in, enroll in dance classes, view class schedules, access account details, make payments, and more.

All portal accounts paying tuition via credit or debit card are required to have automatic payments set up.

WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL

All studio news, updates, upcoming events, and more will be posted on our website, social media, and via email notifications. It is the responsibility of each dancer and their guardians to regularly check our website, social media, and email inbox for studio updates.

If you are not receiving emails from Natalia's Müse Dance Studio, please be sure to check your spam folder. We rely on email as a primary source of communication. If you have a Yahoo!, Hotmail, or MSN email address, our emails may be directed to your spam folder. To ensure you continue receiving our messages, please mark our emails as 'NOT SPAM' multiple times.
ATTENDANCE

Regular attendance is essential for both individual and class progress. Every dancer plays a vital role in the development of the group, and consistent participation ensures continued improvement. Irregular attendance can hinder both personal growth and the overall class dynamic. We kindly ask that students make every effort to attend regularly and arrive on time, as this is greatly appreciated by both staff and fellow dancers. Please note that classes missed due to illness or other reasons are non-refundable; however, you are welcome to make up any missed classes within 30 days of the absence.

Students are kindly asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled class time. If a student will be absent or significantly late, please contact the studio in advance.
Note: If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late to class, they may be asked to observe the class at the teacher’s discretion.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Dancers should be dropped off in the lobby at the front of the studio. Parents may park and walk their dancers to the door before returning to their vehicles. Please note that the lobby will be closed to all patrons, siblings, and parents during class hours, unless prior approval is granted by staff.

Dancers will be dismissed and picked up from the front of the studio. The current class teacher will escort the dancers outside and release them to their parents. Parents should be prepared to pick up their dancer and wait outside the front door.

Note: We are unable to assume responsibility for students before or after their scheduled class times. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure their child is dropped off and picked up on time. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the studio immediately so we can ensure your child remains calm and safe until they can be picked up. Siblings of dancers should not be left unsupervised.
PARKING

Parking in the lot adjacent to our dance studio (next to the 'Juicery on 4th') is not permitted before 7 PM. We do not own this parking lot and have been informed that its use is restricted until after 7 PM.

We encourage our students to utilize street parking options available in the vicinity of our studio during this time.

BASIC RULES

Dancers should be no more than 10 minutes late.

Dancers should wear the proper attire and shoes.
​

Dancers should participate in class.

Dancers should not wear jewelry in class.
-
Dancers should not chew gum in class.
-
No outside food or drink other than water is permitted on the main studio floor.

Dancers with long hair should have their hair pulled back.

Outside videotaping or photography of our students is prohibited.

Natalia's Müse Dance Studio is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Please put your name on all belongings.

Natalia's Müse Dance Studio will not be held liable for injury to students during any of our classes, or on the studio premises.

In the event of a medical emergency, Natalia's Müse Dance Studio will attempt to contact the student's legal guardian. If the guardian cannot be reached, medical personnel will be contacted.

All dancers and family members must be respectful of our facilities and equipment.
​

All dancers should be respectful to their teachers and other students at all times.
STUDIO CLOSURES & CANCELATIONS

If the studio must cancel class due to extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control such as power outages, etc.. we have a make-up class policy allowing students to make-up their missed classes within 1 month of the missed class date.

If the school districts in our area close due to snow or severe weather, we may also be closed. However, sometimes the weather may clear up enough to have our evening classes. In the event of a sudden cancellation of a dance class, we will notify students immediately through our communication channels, ensuring they are promptly informed about the closure.
